Damaged Items: File a claim within 30 days from the package being marked as "delivered."
Lost Packages: If a package is never marked as “delivered,” and there has been no tracking update for more than 7 days for domestic or 20 days for international shipments, it is considered lost.
- For domestic orders (shipped within the United States), file between 7 to 30 days from the last tracking update.
- For international orders (shipped to or from outside the United States), file between 20 to 30 days from the last tracking update.
Stolen Packages: File between 5 to 30 days from the package being marked as "delivered."
The Route requires a waiting period of 7 days for lost items and 5 days for stolen items, as packages may be delayed or mistakenly marked as delivered.
Claims submitted after the deadlines will be automatically denied. For more information on claim deadlines and the process, please refer to Route's guidelines.
