What is the returns period?

You have 15 calendar days to return the product from the date you received it. 

Before sending a return, please notify us via the Contact Form or email sales-support@andaseat.com within 7 days of the day you receive your product, based on tracking. 

If you purchased your items through a licensed third-party vendor, kindly contact their representative directly, as they may have their specific policies and procedures.
