What does your warranty cover?

AndaSeat offers a 3-year limited warranty for all chairs and desks. Here's an overview of the coverage provided under AndaSeat.

1. Missing parts from the products at the time of delivery;

2. Defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the products at the time of delivery;

3. Failure of the products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery;

4. The products would fit your particular purpose if we promised that the product would meet a need you told us about, based on our records;

5. Major defects in the functionality of gas piston, armrests, backrest recline, and casters.
