If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, first check your order status.
1. If your order has not shipped yet:
If your item is marked “Not Shipped”, please feel free to contact us or email us at sales-support@andaseat.com to update your address.
2. If your order has already shipped:
If your item is marked as "Shipped", we are unable to change the address. However, we can assist you in contacting the carrier directly to inquire about the possibility of intercepting or redirecting the package. Any costs incurred in amending the address and other information after shipment will be borne by the customer.
