This plan offers coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty and is designed to safeguard your product against unexpected issues.
1. What Is the Xcotton Product Protection Plan?
The Xcotton Product Protection Plan is an optional add-on available at the time of purchase. Once enrolled, your product will be covered for a specified period beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring ongoing protection and support.
2. What does the Product Protection Plan Cover?
The plan includes:
- Accidental Damage during Handling: Unintentional and accidental damage from handling, such as drops, spills, and cracked screens, as a result of normal use.
- Extended Warranty: Mechanical or electrical breakdown of Your Covered Product after the manufacturer's warranty expires.
- Additional coverage as specified in the plan’s official terms.
3. Protection Plan Cost
The cost of the protection plan depends on the product and the coverage duration you select. Pricing is displayed clearly during checkout.
4. Protection Plan Enrollment and Activation
You may enroll in the plan together with the purchase of our products. Once the protection plan is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email advising details of the protection plan. The coverage will become effective on the day your product is shipped. The coverage period begins from the date you purchase the product.
5. How to File a Claim?
If your product experiences an issue covered by the plan:
- Visit the official Xcotton Product Protection Claim Portal.
- Follow the online instructions to submit your claim.
- A Xcotton claims specialist will guide you through the process.

6. Returns and Protection Plans
If you decide to return or exchange a product after purchasing the protection plan, please notify us promptly. The protection plan may be affected by the returns or exchanges, and specific conditions may apply. Please consult our customer service or click the link to the customer support on your confirmation email for assistance.
7. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel this Plan for any reason at any time within forty-five (45) days of the date of the Plan purchase (as shown on the Purchase Confirmation).
- If You request cancellation within sixty (60) days of the date of the Plan purchase (as shown on the Purchase Confirmation), and no claim has been made under the Plan, You will receive a 100% refund of the Plan Price. For any other cancellation request, You will receive a pro rata refund (based on the lapsed Coverage Term) of the Plan Price, less the costs of claims under this Plan, and less an administrative fee not to exceed the cost of the Plan or $50, whichever is less.
