4. How to Add Protection?
During checkout, you will have the option to add Shipping Protection to your order. By selecting this service, the protection fee will be automatically included in your total payment.
Please note:
- This protection is applied per order.
- It only covers products purchased within the corresponding order.
- The service cannot be added after order completion.
- This plan cannot be cancelled once parcel shipped.
5. How to File a Claim?
If your package is lost, damaged, or misdelivered:
- Visit the Xcotton Resolution Center on their official website to file a claim.

6. Coverage Details
Loss Coverage
- Domestic Orders – If the courier has not marked your package as “delivered” within 30 days of shipment, Xcotton considers it lost.
- International Orders – If the courier has not marked your package as “delivered” within 60 days of shipment, Xcotton considers it lost.
- Marked as Delivered but Not Received – If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, it may be considered lost if you provide sufficient supporting documentation.
For any of the above cases, Xcotton will offer either a replacement or a refund, up to the original purchase value.
Damage Coverage
- If your package is damaged during transit, you may receive a replacement or a refund, not exceeding the original purchase value.
Misdelivery by Courier
- If the delivery address on your package does not match the address on your order, Xcotton may cover the costs of correcting the delivery, subject to their approval.
7. Time Limits for Reporting Issues
All issues must be reported within 90 days of your order date.
Loss Claims
- Not marked as delivered: Report within 90 days of the order date.
- Marked as delivered but not received: Report within 7 days of the tracking update.
Damage Claims
- Report within 7 days of the tracking update showing “delivered”.
Misdelivery Claims
- Report immediately upon discovery.
8. Cancellation
- If your order has not been shipped, please contact AndaSeat to request a refund for the shipping protection.
- If your order has already been shipped, the shipping protection cannot be canceled.
